The program areas are executed by EC co-chairs in conjunction with Program Area Partners. However, Foundation of America: Youth in Action acts as the fiscal and legal agent for these programs. NYAC members interested in co-sponsoring programs or getting involved at similarly extensive levels of involvement should contact Peter Raducha at peter@youthlink.org, Executive Director, Foundation of America: Youth in Action. Memorandums of Understanding and other similar agreements regarding the creation and sponsorship of programs will be drawn up by and through the Executive Director, acting on behalf of the Foundation as well as the NYAC.
